The Authority accepts cash or check at the front desk in the airport administration office during business hours (Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm).
Check payments can be mailed to CIRAA, 3201 CIRA Dr. Suite 200, Bloomington, IL 61704.
Automatic bank ACH – if you would like to sign up for this program the form can be found at the link below or by requested from finance@cira.com. Once you sign up for this program, we automatically charge our bank account each month for your balance due on the 10th of the month (or next business day if the 10th is the weekend or holiday).
Many banks also offer bill pay services you can set up through your bank, whereby you can manage your monthly bills and make payments on-line through your banking apps. While you would need to work with your bank to set this up, we are happy to provide any account information you may need.
We do accept payments in advance, if you prefer to pay several months at a time rather than making monthly payments. Monthly statements will be e-mailed around the 10th of the month to the email address we have on file, if you have a balance.

Reporting a lost or stolen badge immediately by calling 309-834-7396. It is important to terminate the access available with that badge as soon as possible.
If you encounter an issue in your hangar or on the general aviation premise that requires attention, please submit a maintenance request form here. The CIRA team will be notified and you will be updated as the issue is resolved. Thank you for your partnership.

BMI is open for aircraft takeoffs and landings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and operates as Class D airspace when open. After hours, BMI is an uncontrolled airport and operates as Class E when the ATCT is closed. Rented hangars can be accessed 24/7.
