As required under this Act, a physical copy of this information for qualifying employees may be accessed at the Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority office, 3201 CIRA Drive, Suite 200, Bloomington, IL during normal business hours Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
