If you’ve misplaced an item while traveling through CIRA, the best way to recover it depends on where the item was lost. Please review the options below so your inquiry reaches the right team as quickly as possible.
Items Lost in the Terminal or on Airport Property
If your item was lost inside the terminal, in public areas,
or elsewhere on airport property, please contact the Airport Authority office:

Recovered items are logged and held in accordance with the
Airport Authority’s Lost and Found Policy
Items Lost at the TSA Security Checkpoint
If your item was lost during the security screening process,
contact the TSA directly:

Items Left on an Aircraft
Items left onboard an aircraft, including in seat pockets or overhead bins, are handled by the airline. Please contact your airline directly for assistance.
